We're delighted to announce that we now have in stock our new 2023-24 season extra virgin olive oil. Harvested just a few weeks ago in Cyprus, this is probably the freshest extra virgin olive oil in the UK right now. Currently it's only available in the 5lt Bag in Box, but we're expecting the smaller bottles to arrive over the next few weeks.

You will have noticed the price of the new season olive oil has increased considerably, there's no getting away from it. This is due to a very poor olive harvest in Cyprus and mainland Europe after a year of droughts, wildfires and the Xylella fastidiosa bacterial disease affecting millions of olive trees. Unfortunately when there isn't so much olive oil to go around, the price goes up, and there's nothing we can do about it. It's the first time we've seen a real shortage in our 10 years selling olive oil, and while this year we just have to deal with it, we hope it won't happen again anytime soon.
